DOA:  You are fully protected against DOA. A complete money back refund will be issued for livestock that arrived DOA. We must be notified that something did not survive within 5 hours of the delivery time.  You will be required to show 4 pictures;  2 digital pictures of livestock in water and 2 digitial pictures of livestock out of water.

Live 15 days guarantee Terms and Conditions:

This guarantee does not apply to walk-in customers. It applies only to items shipped to customers at the full shipping cost.

Complete Store Credit is issued within the 15 days live guarantee offer excluding shipping cost.

We will need to provide 4 digital pictures of an item in and out of water under this guarantee.

Customer must physically sign for package on the first delivery attempt regardless of whether or not the delivery service is on-time or late.  Refusal of delivery for any reason voids any guarantee and the customer will be held responsible for the full invoice value of the shipment.

Live Guarantee does not apply to livestock that has perished as a result of being harassed or picked on by other animals.

Livestock must be reported via email within the 15 days period of the guarantee.

We reserve the rights to request dead speciman back into our location.  We will provide specific instructions if this step is applied. We reserve the rights not to replace exact livestock specimen.
