BLUE KORAN ANGEL FISH 2-3" (Pomacanthus semicirculatus)

Large Angelfish - Angelfish are some of the most beautiful marine tropical fish available to the hobbyist.  They are magnificent animals. Angel fish are generally hardy fishes and requires live rocks to graze and hide and feeds on meaty foods and pellets.  Feed Angelfish a varied diet of meaty marine foods such as shrimp, mysis shrimp, clam, scallop, squid, and silversides. Be sure to offer marine algae such as Spirulina and dried sheets of nori.  To encourage good coloration and a healthy fish, it is recommended to feed  prepared Angelfish formula that contains marine sponge material on occassions.  In order to maintain the proper amount of body fat for this fish, it will likely need to be fed 2 - 3 times daily.   Koran Angels should be fed a diet that contains meaty foods as well as plenty of algae and algae based foods.
